By using our taxi services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined here.
1. We request a minimum of 6 hours notice for any online bookings to be processed. If you would like to book a taxi with less than 6 hours notice, Please email us.
2. Customers must provide accurate information for bookings.
3. Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards drivers and other passengers. Any misconduct may result in service denial.
4. We require 6 hours notice for taxi cancellations, otherwise, you may be liable to pay in full for the service booked.
5. Unforeseen circumstances may cause delays; however, the company will strive to minimise inconvenience to passengers. We cannot accept any responsibility for delays caused by circumstances out of our control.
6. Customers are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and/or exterior of a vehicle hired by them. They will be billed accordingly for any repairs or valeting required to restore the vehicle to working order.
7. We may provide subcontracted vehicles.
8. Passenger information will be handled in compliance with privacy regulations.
9. Complaints must be filed within a specified timeframe. Disputes will be addressed following applicable laws.
10. By providing your email address or mobile number, you grant us permission to contact you via email or text. Rest assured, we will never share your email with any third party.
11. If any changes or deviations, such as additional mileage, occur during the journey beyond what was agreed upon at the time of booking, the client will incur additional charges as per Council pricing structure.
12. Clear information on fares will be provided. Payment methods must be valid, and non-compliance may result in additional charges.
13. The company is not responsible for lost or damaged items, but best efforts will be made to recover and return them to the owner.
14. We reserve the right to change your vehicle or driver at any time if necessary.
15. Our drivers will take the most suitable route for the day's conditions unless directed otherwise by the customer during the booking process.
16. The company reserves the right to terminate services if users violate terms or engage in illegal activities
17. We, along with our drivers, reserve the right to decline transportation to any passenger suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, whose conduct may endanger the driver, the vehicle, or other passengers.
18. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all of our vehicles.
19. Our online quotes do not include surcharges for public holidays or bank holidays such as Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve or New Year’s Day. Please specify on the quote form if your intended booking falls on a bank holiday or any other special date.
20. Passenger information will be handled with care and in compliance with privacy regulations.
21. GoMiles Taxis may update these terms, and customers are encouraged to review them periodically.
22. Client's statutory rights remain unaffected by any provisions outlined in these terms and conditions.
23. We request that you give 6 hours notice of cancellation and at that point we will issue full refund. Any less than that no refund will be given.
24. Please be advised of the importance of you being on time for your taxi as arrange, as we have other bookings to attend.
25. We are only able to allow 5 minutes waiting time before we will need to leave.
26. Please note, that we would be grateful if you could give us as much notice as possible if you wish to cancel.
27. GoMiles Taxis will take no responsibility whatsoever for the bookings made directly with the drivers. All bookings must be made via our official website or telephone booking line
