Our drivers operate 24/7 for pre-bookings. Our office is open for bookings Monday to Thursday from 9am to 7pm, Friday and Saturday from 9am to 11pm. We are closed on Sundays.

If you leave something in the taxi, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to locate and return your belongings. Our drivers are instructed to check their vehicles after each journey and if we find any lost items, we will arrange for their safe return to you.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to change or cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 8 hours before the scheduled pick up time are fully refundable. Cancellations within 8 hours of the booking will incur a cancellation fee.
